We've been busy this month shipping features and improvements based on your feedback. Here's everything new in WorkSnaply this March.
New Features
Enhanced Activity Tracking
We've completely revamped our activity tracking system. You can now see detailed hourly and daily activity breakdowns with beautiful visualizations.
What's new:
- Hourly activity chart showing productivity levels throughout the day
- App usage breakdown with pie charts showing where time goes
- Activity log table with detailed per-minute tracking data
- Customizable date range filters for historical analysis
This gives managers unprecedented visibility into team work patterns — not for surveillance, but for understanding how to support their team better and prevent burnout.
Team Members Dashboard
The new Members page provides a comprehensive view of your entire team:
- Status tabs: Filter by active, idle, or offline team members
- Member cards: See each person's activity percentage, hours worked, and current status at a glance

Invoicing System
We've added a built-in invoicing system so you can bill clients directly from your tracked time:

Improvements
Smarter Timer Auto-Stop
Forgot to stop your timer? No worries. WorkSnaply now automatically stops timers that have been running for more than 12 hours. The entry is capped at exactly 12 hours so your data stays accurate.
Per-Seat Billing Management
Admins can now manage seat counts alongside plan changes. Upgrade or adjust seats from the Admin Panel with automatic billing period calculation (30 days for monthly, 365 days for annual).
Plan Expiration System
We've implemented a robust plan expiration system:
- Automatic expiration when billing period ends
- 30-day renewal warning banner on the Dashboard
- Billing page remains accessible even with expired plans
- Easy reactivation through admin management
Platform Admin Dashboard
Platform administrators now have access to a comprehensive admin dashboard with:
- User statistics: total users, new registrations (today, 7 days, 30 days)
- Plan and status distribution charts
- Server-side filtered and paginated user table
- Search any user by email across the entire platform
- Manage subscriptions, seats, and billing for any user
Improved Email Verification
New users now go through email verification with a 6-digit OTP code. Verification codes expire after 15 minutes with rate limiting to prevent abuse. This improves security and ensures valid email addresses.
SEO & Performance
- SPA Page Tracking: Google Analytics now properly tracks page views on client-side navigation — no more missed page views in your analytics
- Dynamic Sitemap: All published blog posts are automatically included in the sitemap for better search engine indexing
- Schema.org Markup: Structured data for better Google search results
- Open Graph & Twitter Cards: Every blog post has proper social sharing metadata
Bug Fixes
- Fixed robots.txt serving to all user agents (previously only served to bots)
- Improved session handling for more reliable authentication
- Fixed pagination controls in admin panel for large user lists
- Various UI polish and dark mode improvements
